Key Information

The Distance Learning project is an educational response to COVID-19, from the Ministry of Education. It fundamentally aims to reduce the risks of the social impacts of the coronavirus on children's education. It aims to support the continuation of quality learning, while protecting the health and well-being of approximately 30,000 students and 1,886 teachers, supervisors, delegates involved in the scope of the project with short, medium term interventions.

The planned interventions will be carried out safely, in order to guarantee the continuity of learning and the well-being of children, especially the most vulnerable affected by the pandemic. The program focuses on the implementation of distance learning using all means of communication and the creation of learning and security conditions for the period of the pandemic and the reopening of schools.
