Key Information

The goal of Going to School (GTS) intervention in Bihar is to build girls’ skills and aspirations towards labour force participation through school-based stories, activities and linkages to skills training. The aim of our study is to generate evidence on the implementation of Going to School’s interventions and examining implementation processes and program delivery at scale. To be specific, we will study the following; (i) Identify barriers and enablers to girls’ transitions from school to work (ii) Examine intervention context (iii) Content analysis of stories and activities specific to girls aspiration (iv) examine teacher's motivation for program implementation (v) Monitor implementation processes at scale.
