RISE II aims to build resilience and food security for vulnerable populations in Burkina Faso and Niger through activities in five technical areas: 1) social and ecological risk management, 2) economic wellbeing, 3) health/nutrition/family planning, 4) governance, and 5) women's and youth agency. It focuses on improving water access, agriculture, livestock, livelihoods, health services, local governance, and social norms.
