Somalia Partnership Compact intends to galvanize efforts towards increased investment in addressing critical barriers to increase access to quality education in an inclusive and gender-equitable manner; and building state systems to deliver on that. The compact aims to contribute to transform the education system, dramatically increasing access to education, while also making service delivery more equitable, inclusive, efficient, and effective, and strengthening the capacity of the ministry of education to deliver on its mandate.
