The PROFEXCE aims to support Public Higher Education Institutions with the necessary financial resources to develop their academic and management capacities, in order to have evaluable educational programs of university technical and bachelor's degrees of quality, as recognized by the instances responsible for granting said recognition. Among the different types of financial support that may be offered to higher education institutions, is financing to carry out "projects that promote inclusive education and gender equality, with positive results in the evaluation and replication stages, as applicable, within the framework of the biennial planning established in the Operational Rules of the previous fiscal year of this Program."
