Description

Women First supports grantee partners in Eastern Africa and India who are advancing economic empowerment as a means of strengthening the livelihoods of women, girls, and trans people. Through programs that are locally led and locally implemented, we measure results in both of our impact areas – organizational effectiveness and economic empowerment – so we are able to prove that the empowerment of women, girls, and trans people does improve communities.
