Description

Pronet North is a registered non-profit organization (No. CG125392014) and a recognized National Non-Governmental Organization (DSW/7622). ProNet North works in the following fields; Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Services Delivery, Training and Capacity Building, Decentralization and Governance, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Sustainable Livelihoods and Economic Empowerment for Women, Girls Education and Reproductive Rights, Maternal & Child Health, Rooted Advocacy, Inclusive Education and Climate Change Adaptation, Micro finance, Disaster Response and Risks Reduction since 1995.

Their aim is to have a sustainable positive impact on communities of partner districts in northern Ghana in the areas of health, gender and livelihoods, decentralization, inclusion, girls education, climate, energy and food. They also aim to become a Centre for Learning, practice and advocacy rooted in approaches and strategies that recognize and addresses felt needs of groups, communities and indigenous knowledge systems.
