Basic Education Network Ethiopia (BEN-E) is a network (consortium) of 90 Ethiopian and International Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) working on education. BEN-E was initiated established in 1999, legally registered as Basic Education Association in Ethiopia (BEA-E) by the Ministry of Justice in April 2004.
