Description
Dignitas is an education development organization that uses a training and coaching approach to empower educators and school leaders to transform opportunities for the next generation. Dignitas school partnerships are designed to strengthen leadership, improve instructional quality, and provide infrastructural support to help schools create an environment where all children fulfill their potential, especially in typically underserved communities. Currently based in Nairobi, Kenya, Dignitas operates in five informal settlements across the city. They partner with schools for a three year period, providing an intensive 3-week Leadership Training Institute, ongoing coaching, tailored personal development workshops and infrastructure support.
