OWS Development Fund
- I Implementer

Description
OWS Development Fund is an independent registered non-government and nonprofit civil society organization dedicated to implementing sustainable programs that give each person in Ethiopia access to justice, self-independence, higher education, and lifesaving services now and in future generations. It was established in 1992 during a period that marked a major watershed in the history of the Region. OWSDF came in at an opportune time to facilitate or create a connection between traditional strictures and modern institutions of development. OWSDF operates in a remote area that both the Federal and Regional actors cannot reach.
